"Decent for live sports, but the delays bug me"
I’ve been using it for live games for a few weeks now, and most of the time the stream runs smoothly. The only thing that gets frustrating is the delay, especially when I’m watching a big game and my phone alerts or friends’ texts come in before I see the play happen. It’s fine overall, just not quite as good as I hoped

"I did end up getting help, but the..."
I did end up getting help, but the replies were slow. The product itself kind of works when it wants to, which is frustrating, so waiting around for support made it even more annoying. They were okay once they got back to me, just not very quick.

"I was just trying to cancel my..."
I was just trying to cancel my plan the other day after noticing the charge while I was going through my bank app over coffee, the whole account settings area felt like a mess. I thought it would be a quick two-minute thing, but I ended up clicking around way longer than expected trying to find where to actually cancel. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more frustrating than it should have been.

"Price keeps climbing without much in return"
I’ve had Peacock for a while, mostly because it started out as a affordable option. Lately though, it just doesn’t feel like a fair deal anymore. Every time I look, there’s some new pricing change or another plan that costs more, it starts to feel like customers are just expected to keep paying without much consideration.
The ads on paid plans are probably what bother me the most. If someone is already paying every month, it seems like basic decency to make the experience a little smoother. There are a few shows I like, but not enough to justify the price now, so I’m seriously thinking about canceling

"I’ve been using it for a little..."
I’ve been using it for a little while now, the billing has been exactly what I expected each month. I usually check my charges when I’m going through my bank app with my morning coffee, and so far there haven’t been any random fees or surprises. Simple, but I appreciate that.
"Good shows, but the app can be frustrating"
I like the selection overall, especially some of the shows and sports, but the app is kind of hit or miss on my TV. Sometimes it freezes or gets sluggish right when you’re trying to watch something, which gets annoying. The ads also feel like a lot, especially when you’re already paying. It’s not a bad service, it just needs to run a little smoother.

"I do like the shows overall, and..."
I do like the shows overall, and maybe I’m just being impatient, but the ads seem to pop up way too often. It kind of breaks up the flow and makes it annoying to watch sometimes...
"Not much to watch"
The selection felt thin to me, and I had a hard time finding anything I actually wanted to watch. I also don’t really trust customer service to be much help with stuff like this, so I just ended up feeling like it wasn’t worth the hassle.
"Works on most of my devices"
Umm, it works well on my Roku and my phone, so no real complaints there. My older tablet gets a little weird with it sometimes, but overall it’s been fine.

"I use the captions almost every night..."
I use the captions almost every night, and they’re clear most of the time. On live stuff they can lag a little, like just a bit, but for regular shows they’ve been totally fine for me.
"Canceling was a hassle again"
I was just trying to cancel my Peacock subscription, and once again it turned into way more clicking around than it needed to be. The cancel option wasn’t exactly easy to find, and I kept feeling like I was being sent in circles just to do something simple.
It did finally go through, so at least there’s that, but I’m tired of this kind of thing happening with subscriptions. It wasn’t a total nightmare, just annoying enough to make me wonder why canceling still has to be this much of a chore.

"I’m convinced there’s nothing worth watching..."
I’m convinced there’s nothing worth watching here anymore. I’ve tried giving the original shows a chance, but they’re just boring every single time. At this point, I’m 100% sure I’m not missing anything.

"The buffering is driving me crazy"
I swear, every time I try to watch something on Peacock, it starts buffering every few minutes. And of course I’m sitting there thinking, “Is it my internet?” But nope, every other app works perfectly fine. It completely pulls me out of whatever I’m watching, and after a while I’m just annoyed instead of entertained. it doesn’t feel worth paying for if I can’t even get through a show without constant interruptions.

"Not gonna lie, streaming is decent but can be spotty"
Not gonna lie, it works fine most of the time, but I’ve had a few moments where shows start buffering or the picture gets blurry out of nowhere. It’s still watchable, just not always as smooth as I’d like.

"Parental controls work good"
Pretty easy to set up and use. It does a good job keeping the kids out of stuff they shouldn’t be messing with, so I’m happy wtih it.

"Pretty good, though signing in gets old"
I mostly use Peacock for a few shows and some sports, and it’s been solid once I actually get into the app.
The annoying part is the login. A couple times it told me my password was wrong or made me sign back in on my TV, and I was ready to blame myself—actually no, I’m still sure I typed it right. I even had to reset it once, which was a pain.
After that, everything worked fine and the streaming was smooth. It’s not perfect, but for what I use it for, I’d still say it’s good.

"App crash way too much"
Peacock has a few shows I really like, so I keep coming back to it, but the app just don’t feel reliable for me.
It freezes halfway through episodes, logs me out for no reason, and sometimes it just sit there spinning when I try to open it. My wifi is fine too, because my other apps works normally.
I’m still using it because the content is good, but it get annoying fast. I really hope they fix the stability soon.
"App works fine, but the menus are a mess"
Peacock is okay most of the time, but the layout still feels really cluttered to me. I feel like I’ve said this before and nobody actually read the message, because finding certain shows still takes way more taps than it should. It’s not a huge deal, just one of those little things that gets annoying every time I use it
